This is a really easy mod that I always wanted to do, but only today i found out how to do it. It's a piece of cake - takes 10mins.

The benefits of this mod are that all 4 lamps will light up on main beam instead of just the two innermost lamps...

And if your feeling fruity you can remove the innermost lamps altogether as the outermost lamps now can do dip AND mainbeam. some put trumpets in their place as cold air feeds. This is what I intend to do when I find out where to get some from.

Anyway...the how-to.

1) First remove a Morette lamp complete. I chose the passenger one first.

Then all you have to do is link the spare terminal on the outermost lamp to the blue wire.

To do this I cut a length of wire about 5 inches long and crimped a fat spade terminal on one end and a little spade terminal on the other end.

Fit this little wire you just made to the given points.

Refit lamp onto car and do other side.

This is how dip looks.
