What you need is a 3.5mm drill bit.
Method
Drill the heads of the screws whilst applying some pressure - be careful though as the screw heads will screw in a little. Once this happens, snap off the lens until you're left with a plastic bit around the screw - a little like a thick washer. All you need to do then is use a pair of pliers to unscrew them.
