You will also need a new nut for the TB stud but I don't know what the part number/cost is for that.

Depending on what type traction control you've got you may not need the ST200 throttle cable. If your throttle cable comes off the TB & round the front of the car & into a box by the washer bottle reservoir you don't need the ST200 throttle cable BUT you will need to make a new nipple to fit the ST200 TB onto your existing cable.
